TRAVEL + LEISURE CO. RECOGNISED TWICE AT INTERNATIONAL VACATION OWNERSHIP AWARDS

GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA (MARCH 26, 2025) – Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE:TNL), a leading leisure travel company, has collected two major awards at the annual GNEX Conference Vacation Industry Awards, a prestigious international recognition program in the vacation ownership industry.

The company’s Legal and Compliance Team won the Best Legal Services Award – the ninth consecutive time the team or a member of the team has won – while President and Managing Director, International Operations, Barry Robinson, was named Industry Game Changer.

The company’s in-house Legal and Compliance Team, domiciled across Australia, China, and the Philippines, received the award for its work last year overseeing compliance in the 14 markets where the business operates, onboarding 16 new properties, and the recent launch of Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific.

Robinson – who has led the business for 23 years – was recognised for groundbreaking ideas that have shaped not just the company, but the entire industry, including:

• Mixed-use vacation ownership developments
• The launch of shorter-term vacation ownership clubs with flexible conditions around the payment of annual levies
• Enhanced benefits programs, enabling members to travel around the world using their vacation ownership
• Customer experience improvements through enhanced service, workplace culture, and refurbished product
