GOLD COAST (26 NOVEMBER, 2025) – Travel + Leisure Co. is celebrating a major industry honour, with Leanne Charles, Vice President of Finance and Financial Controller South Pacific, at the company’s Gold Coast Corporate office, winning Finance Associate of the Year award at the HM Magazine Hotel Management Awards.

The HM Awards are one of the South Pacific’s most prestigious hospitality awards, attracting more than 1,800 nominations annually.

During the last 12 months, Ms Charles has provided strategic financial leadership across the South Pacific region, supporting the evolving business demands of Travel + Leisure Co., the world’s leading vacation ownership company. She led the financial integration of the recently acquired Accor Vacation Club and played a central role in due diligence and the purchase of two new properties and vacation ownership interests in 11 destinations for Club Wyndham South Pacific, one of the region’s leading vacation clubs.

Ms Charle’s influence at Travel + Leisure Co. extends beyond finance. She is a committed advocate for the Women in Travel (WIT) Diversity Resource Group (DRG), which empowers female associates through professional development and networking opportunities, and ally of the Pride International DRG, promoting an inclusive culture for LGBTQIA+ associates.

Travel + Leisure Co. was also recognised in the Sales Associate category, where Club Wyndham South Pacific sales representative Nakita Feranandes was awarded a Highly Commended.
