SURABAYA, June 30, 2025 — Wyndham Surabaya City Centre has introduced a 360-degree Virtual Reality (VR) tour, allowing guests to explore the hotel’s facilities and room options anytime, and anywhere.

Powered by the Oculus Meta Quest 3S headset, this innovation marks the first time a hotel in Surabaya has adopted this advanced technology. Guests can virtually step inside the hotel’s grand ballroom, exclusive rooms, elegant restaurants, serene pool area, and signature day spa — experiencing each space as if they were physically there.

“This innovation is part of our digital transformation strategy to offer prospective guests a more immersive and informative experience,” said Rachmat Zulkarnain, Hotel Manager of Wyndham Surabaya City Centre. “This gives prospective guests a real sense of our atmosphere and services before making a booking decision.”

While the VR tour is set to feature in upcoming travel exhibitions, it is already accessible online via an official link shared through Wyndham Surabaya’s social media channels.

This initiative is expected to simplify the decision-making process for guests, positioning Wyndham Surabaya as a destination of choice for the discerning traveller — whether for leisure, business travel, weddings, or conferences.

With the launch of the Oculus Meta Quest 3S experience, Wyndham Surabaya further solidifies its role as a modern hospitality pioneer, committed to blending comfort with technological innovation to enhance service quality and guest accessibility.
