Phuket, Thailand (9 February 2026) — Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay is setting the scene for one of Phuket’s most romantic dining experiences, hosting a special Valentine’s Day dinner on 14 February at its signature Latitude 98 terrace, set against uninterrupted sunset views of the Andaman Sea.

Designed as an intimate evening for couples, the experience features a candlelit ambiance and a carefully curated five-course set menu paired with the Wyndham Grand Signature Wine Collection.

The evening begins with a rose-shaped Yellowfin tuna paired with Champagne Millot Père et Fille Brut, followed by grilled Hokkaido scallops served with a buttery Robert Mondavi Private Selection Chardonnay. Guests will then enjoy seared rock lobster accompanied by Kim Crawford Regional Sauvignon Blanc.

For the main course, poached US veal loin is paired with Tarapacá Gran Reserva Etiqueta Azul, before the dinner concludes with a raspberry cremeux dessert featuring Chiang Mai strawberries, complemented by an espresso martini.

A highlight of the experience is the wine pairing, showcasing the Wyndham Grand Signature Wine Collection. Each label has been selected to enhance the flavours of each course, taking guests on a journey through internationally acclaimed vineyards—from celebratory champagne to bold, structured reds.

The Valentine’s Day dining experience is priced at THB 2,200 net per person, including wine pairing, or THB 1,250 net per person for the food-only option. Dinner will be served from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm at Latitude 98 Restaurant.
