Jakarta, 10 December 2025 – RIVA Grill & Terrace, the on-site restaurant at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta, has unveiled a new menu with distinct French and international tastes.

Among its signature dishes is the crab cake 2.0, a golden crab croquette filled with savoury salmon cream and slow-grilled octopus. This combination blends the saltiness of the ocean with the richness of French cream, presented in a modern style.

Food lovers will enjoy the Mediterranean-inspired tomato salad, crafted from a vibrant selection of bright, refreshing, and naturally sweet, imported tomatoes. The French staple seafood bisque is also set to become a guest favourite. Its savoury comes from a slow-simmered blend of prawn, squid, and crawfish stock, creating a silky, richly textured base. A touch of black caviar on top adds delicate brininess and an elegant ocean aroma.

Adding to the indulgence is the sirloin cacio e pepe pasta, prepared with premium sirloin and a creamy, richly flavoured Italian sauce, alongside the Riva platter, which offers premium imported brisket, grilled prawns, fried chicken, and onion rings, served with a selection of special sauces.

For years, RIVA has been renowned for its Australian and US steaks and the centrepiece of this menu is the buttery Tajima MB5 wagyu, a high-quality Australian ribeye known for its tender texture and naturally rich flavour. Grilled using RIVA’s signature technique, this dish represents a true indulgence steak enthusiasts will not forget.

RIVA also presents its newest sweet creation, the chocolate sensation – a dome filled with brownies, cashew nuts, and vanilla cream, served with hot chocolate sauce poured over the top, creating a rich and indulgent finale to the dining experience.
