Jakarta, 14 May 2025 – Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta has unveiled plans to refurbish 281 apartments and suites to better meet the needs of business professionals visiting Jakarta. Currently, the renovation has already been completed for the first 51 suites.

The project is inspired by the concept of “Urban Serenity” and aims to provide a refined blend of modern luxury and tranquility in the heart of Jakarta. Updated interiors will feature a new color palette emphasizing contemporary elegance and combining soothing neutral tones with calming accents of blue and green – symbolising a harmony between city and nature. The refurbishment began with the Grand Deluxe rooms, Studio Suites, and Junior Suites.

Particular attention is being paid to the Junior Suites, with renovations utilizing the generous 80-square-metre floorplans to maximize comfort and convenience for travelers working remotely. With floral ornaments on the walls, clean wood paneling in the common areas and lush carpets in the bedrooms, the updated junior suites provide an elegant, exclusive ambience. A long sofa and a comfortable desk support productivity, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps guests reliably connected for work, as well as post-work digital entertainment.

Junior suites also feature a powder room and a large bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer, as well as two smart 55-inch TVs, a safety box, and two large wardrobes with ironing facilities. The renovated suites now also feature a pantry with a mini bar fridge for storing and preparing food.

Guests who stay in the junior suites also gain access to the Executive Lounge on the 16th floor, with expansive city views and personalized services, such as unlimited garment pressing.

“Jakarta remains Indonesia’s business hub and with the launch of these new rooms, Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta is committed to becoming the premier destination in the central business district for those supporting our economic growth,” said Indra Budiman, General Manager of Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. The hotel repurposed quality furnishings and interior decorations to create a mockup room at Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung. Designed as a learning tool, the room serves as a contemporary example for students and demonstrating the hotel’s commitment to fostering talent and advancing skills in Indonesia’s hospitality industry.

Another completed part of the refurbishment is the addition of an electric vehicle charging station available for guests in the parking area, which underscores Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta’s commitment to sustainability by reducing carbon emissions. Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta is managed by Travel + Leisure Co. and is one of six properties in Indonesia managed by the global leisure travel company.
