At Wyndham Destinations, our employees not only have the opportunity to go put the world on vacation for our customers, but also live what the company provides themselves. Paul is one of our many employees who have made the most of being a Club Wyndham Owner as well as employee in his role as Supervisor of Training and Development.

Paul and his family have used their ownership to go to a number of our pinnacle travel destinations including Surfers Paradise, Sydney, Melbourne, Coffs Harbour and Fiji. He couldn’t validate his decision any better saying, “I love holidays and why not work for the company that loves putting people on vacation”.

His opportunism has led him to express his love for philanthropy as well by being a part of Wishes by Wyndham as a committee member. This included his work in the first quarter organising a raffle to raise funds for our partner charities. Paul’s belief of learning being a life-long endeavour stems from his previous employment as a teacher. This has transferred well to his current role in which his attitude to learning allowed him to be promoted from numerous roles from his entry-level job with Wyndham in Sales.

Whilst Paul’s rapid climb in our company has had him busy, he loves outside of his working responsibilities spending time with family and watching movies. Our Lifestyles by Wyndham program has allowed him and his family to enjoy discounts on his movie tickets and many others including his phone bill and airport parking when he travels to our numerous clubs.
