At Wyndham Destinations no two days are the same and this is something that no employee loves more than Emma our Owner Education & Engagement Manager. From educating hundreds of owners in Owner Education sessions, to managing a call centre in Clark, over 13 years she has experienced everything the industry has to offer.

She believes this has best qualified her for her current role as she worked various roles in timeshare starting on the phones before moving on to trainer and now consultant at Wyndham. This has been a result of her attitude to change as she always says yes to opportunity. This is reflective in her recent honours in representing the company as a grand finalist in the Owner/Customer Relations Manager award earlier this year at the American Resort and Development Awards.

Working in the timeshare tourism industry she has experienced first hand the effects of the GFC and COVID-19 pandemic which has forced her to learn to adapt to change and always say yes to opportunity. Working and living overseas in her roles with Wyndham including places such as Clark, Singapore and Indianapolis are one of the many perks of being part of our international operations.

One of the others is the opportunity to travel. Emma alike many of our employees have embraced to the fullest by being able to travel much of the Asia Pacific. Her favourite will always be Golden Beach which holds a special place in her heart being a family-friendly resort with sunset views of the Glasshouse Mountains. Being around family and friends is one of her favourite things to do outside work and she finds it amazing how she can use her work perks to take them on the best holidays.
